New "Using Smart Charts" Course!

One of the favourite tools we teach in our PuMP Blueprint training is the XmR chart. These powerful charts clearly and accurately highlight signals of change in our measures, like no other.

These charts give far more insight than any other way to present our KPIs. And learning these charts is for everyone... especially the way we teach it. Our focus is on practical, logical and easy-to-implement steps, with plenty of examples and guidance as you create your first "smart charts".

The first module of Using Smart Charts is free...

If you missed our free webcast at the end of April, it was the first module of our special Using Smart Charts training. And it was free. The replay of this first lesson is still available for you:

How to complete your Using Smart Charts training...

At the moment, we have two options for you to join this training, and one free do-it-yourself option:

OPTION 1: Live and online, in June...

The first option to complete the remaining training modules in the Using Smart Charts training program, is on the 18th to 20th of June. This program mostly suits the UK/EU/African time zones, and you can read about everything you get with this course, and register, at our PuMP Academy:

OPTION 2: Request a training to suit your time zone...

The second option to complete your Using Smart Charts training is to request that we organise another program that suits your time zone. We are planning to schedule a second program that better suits the Asia-Pacific or Americas. Let us know your preference!

OPTION 3: Do it yourself...

We have a free instruction to build the very basic XmR chart, that you can follow anytime you like. There is no template, no examples, and of course no coaching. But this option might be all you need to get started.
